To request your portrait, follow these steps: 1. Select the size and number of people, framed or unframed, using the buttons above; if you need different options, choose the closest one and we will adjust according to your requirements, or write an email directly to comisiones@mauramorfindelaparra.com to place your order 2. You will receive an order confirmation email. 3. If you chose the bank transfer payment option, please attach your proof of payment along with high-quality photographs to the email: comisiones@mauramorfindelaparra.com. Include photos of all people and/or pets that will appear in the drawing, and specify if you would like a frame (the cost of the frame is additional). If you would like a frame other than the one offered in the framing option here, this is possible for an additional fee.
How does it work? - Send an email with the photos and your proof of payment (if you paid by bank transfer) to comisiones@mauramorfindelaparra.com - You will receive confirmation, details and estimated delivery time. - Once you make the payment, we will begin your portrait. - During the process, we will send progress reports for review. - Once finished, we will send final photos for approval. - Production takes between 5 and 15 business days depending on size and detail. - If you choose a frame, add approximately one extra week. - The shipment is made to the address you indicate.
Remember that there are two options to order your drawing, with a frame or without a frame, it is important to specify it in the buttons above. - The unframed option will be sent with protective cardboard and suitable packaging to ensure it arrives in perfect condition. - The framed option will be shipped with bubble wrap and cardboard, so that it arrives in perfect condition. - The drawing is sent with a certificate of authenticity. - Includes shipping to Mexico City and metropolitan area.
If you need urgent work , it's possible; just let us know in the first email you send with your photos. Please note that this will increase the cost by 30% over the initial price.
